TRETOCIN Gel: A Topical Solution for Mild to Moderate Acne Vulgaris

composition:

TRETOCIN Gel is a combination product containing 005% isotretinoin and 2% erythromycin

Pharmacological Properties:

• Isotretinoin: Related to Vitamin A, it reduces sebum production, affects comedones, and suppresses Propionibacterium acnes
• Erythromycin: A macrolide antibiotic, it reduces P acnes population and the release of
  inflammatory mediators
• The combination of isotretinoin and erythromycin targets comedones and inflammatory lesions in acne, providing an effective approach to treatment

Indications:

TRETOCIN Gel is indicated for mild to moderate acne vulgaris, treating both inflammatory and noninflammatory lesions

Directions for Use:

Apply TRETOCIN Gel sparingly to the affected area once or twice daily, with full therapeutic effect often seen after 68 weeks of use

Contraindications:

Avoid using Gel if you have known hypersensitivity to any of its components

Use During Pregnancy and Lactation:

The safety during pregnancy isn't established It's best avoided, especially during lactation, as its effects on human milk are unknown

Adverse Effects:

Gel may cause temporary stinging, burning, or irritation Redness and peeling are also possible but usually subside with continued treatment Discontinue use if irritation persists

Precautions:

Avoid contact with mouth, eyes, mucous membranes, abraded, or eczematous skin Use caution on
sensitive areas Minimize sunlight exposure, wear protective clothing, and avoid sunlamps during treatment

Storage Conditions:

Store below 25 °C, protect from heat, light, and moisture, Keep out of children's reach
